It is WeWork’s first new product launch since WeWork Workplace in July 2022, and it extends the WeWork office experience beyond WeWork buildings to the places people spend their in-between time.

Think of the last time you tried to take a client call at a gate, prep for a pitch in a convention hall, or join a video meeting from a hotel lobby. Noise, distraction, and zero privacy make focus almost impossible. WeWork Go answers that problem with an enclosed, soundproof space you can book in seconds.

WeWork first announced WeWork Go on April 13, 2026, and Bureau followed with its own partnership announcement on April 20, 2026.

Where Did WeWork Go Debut?

WeWork Go made its official debut in April 2026 at the 2026 Annual Convening of Semafor World Economy in Washington, DC, one of the largest gatherings of CEOs and government leaders in the United States.

It was a fitting first stage. Major conferences are exactly the environment WeWork Go was built for: packed schedules, constant noise, and attendees who need a private spot to take a call or meet a client between sessions.

What Is Inside a WeWork Go Pod?

Every WeWork Go pod combines quality finishes with the features professionals need for focused work in noisy public spaces.

Enhanced soundproofing: Dense exterior materials block outside noise while soft interior surfaces absorb sound, for a high sound transmission class (STC).

Curated lighting: A central performance-grade fixture provides soft direct light, and transparent side panels let natural light in.

Built-in desk: A high-pressure wood laminate work surface, set in a durable, architectural-grade frame.

Ergonomic seating: A low, cushioned bench suited to anything from a 15-minute sync to an hour-long meeting.

High-speed connectivity: WeWork’s enterprise-grade Wi-Fi, with optional monitors for collaboration.

Eco-friendly materials: Environmentally responsible materials and efficient use of resources.

Instant booking: Reserve a pod in seconds at the pod itself through the WeWork Go app.

WeWork Go comes in three formats:

Single-user pod for independent focused work and private calls.

Multi-user pod for collaboration with up to four people.

ADA-compatible pod designed for universal accessibility.

Ebbie Wisecarver, Chief Design and Product Officer at WeWork, said WeWork Go “will redefine how work gets done in disruptive environments.”

Who Built WeWork Go?

Bureau built the WeWork Go pods as WeWork’s manufacturing and materials partner. Bureau engineered all three formats and built each one to its own standards, including architectural-grade framing, enhanced soundproofing, curated lighting, ergonomic seating, and eco-friendly materials.

Bureau is best known for its two booth lines, the Tuesday Series and the Signature Series 2.0. For WeWork Go, the Bureau team worked directly with WeWork to design custom pods around how, where, and who WeWork serves. Adam Morgan, Co-founder of Bureau, summed up the idea behind WeWork Go: “Work happens in the gaps. In the loud places. On the move.”

In March 2026, Bureau became the first soundproof booth company to receive the Works with WELL trademark license from the International WELL Building Institute. Across the product line, Bureau booths also carry certifications including ISO 23351-1, GREENGUARD Gold, and UL 962.

Where Is WeWork Go Headed Next?

After its Semafor debut, WeWork Go is coming next to airports, convention centers, hotel lobbies, and other public venues as part of a planned global rollout. As it expands, WeWork will integrate the pods into its wider ecosystem of memberships and products.

The launch ties into the latest phase of WeWork’s WeWork for Business campaign, which positions WeWork as a vertically integrated platform and makes the case that real estate is no longer one-size-fits-all. Bureau calls this idea Elastic Space: quality workspace that comes to you, adapting to wherever focus, collaboration, or privacy is needed most.

For teams, it means the quality of a private office can now travel with them. For venues, it means a new way to serve visitors who need to get work done.

Bring Private Workspace to Your Space

The same team that built WeWork Go designs soundproof booths for offices, coworking spaces, and public venues. Whether you need a single focus pod, a meeting booth for four, or an accessible booth, Bureau can help you create private workspace that fits how your people work.

Explore Bureau booths or talk to our team about your project.

FAQ:

Is WeWork Go available now?
Yes.
