Covered for five years, from the day it lands
Bureau offers a 5-year limited warranty against manufacturer defects in materials and workmanship on Bureau booths, subject to the terms below.
Limited warranty
Effective for purchases from 21 April 2026. Earlier purchases keep their original cover.
Starts at delivery
The warranty runs from the date of delivery, not the installation date.
Simple claims
Complete the claim form, send photos if asked, and we confirm the outcome with full details.
What's covered under the limited warranty?
The limited warranty covers defects in material and workmanship on all main parts in the booth from the date of purchase when used normally in accordance with our recommended guidelines.
This limited warranty is non-transferable and is limited to the original purchaser and the province or state in which the unit was purchased.
What is the warranty process?
- Complete the Warranty Claim Form.
- Bureau assesses the claim, considering the type of failure, the time since purchase, the type of product, how it is likely to have been used, how long it is reasonable for the product to be used, and how much use it could reasonably tolerate before the failure became noticeable.
- Bureau will either conclude, or ask for more information, photos or video. Failing to provide requested information will automatically deny the claim.
- Bureau accepts or rejects the claim and notifies you with all relevant and supporting details.
Product replacement
Bureau may replace the goods with a product of similar type, value and features if the product has been sold out or discontinued. The replacement product's warranty period starts from the original purchase date, not from the replacement.
Purchasing from authorised distributors or retailers
If you purchased a Bureau booth from an authorised distributor, retailer or stockist, you must process your warranty through them and abide by their product warranty policy.
Self-installing a Bureau booth
Choosing to self-install a Bureau booth voids the limited warranty on the product. This does not include the Tuesday line of booths. Bureau will replace any part damaged in transit and cover products with manufacturing defects. The quality of installation can affect the acoustic performance of the booth, so Bureau is not responsible for the performance of a booth installed by anyone other than a certified Bureau installer, and will not replace parts damaged during installation.
The Tuesday line keeps its warranty when installed by someone other than a certified installer.
The Bureau warranty does not cover
- Booths installed by anyone other than a Bureau certified installer
- Booth relocations or moves from the original installation address
- Delivery of new parts or products to an address other than the original shipping address
- Any installation or inspection costs relating to a claim
- Claims made after the warranty period has expired
- Normal wear and tear
- Failing to follow the instructions or guidelines provided
- Failing to properly maintain or store goods correctly
- Product used for any purpose other than the one it is designed for
- Continued use of any product after a defect becomes apparent, or should have become apparent, to a reasonably prudent user
- Optional accessories
Keep it looking and sounding new
A booth is low maintenance, but a little care goes a long way: the right cleaners for glass and fabric, how to check seals and hinges, and what to do about scuffs. The guide covers it all in a few pages.
