Brownlee Consulting, led by Corrie Brownlee, M.Ed., Psychological Associate, specializes in psychoeducational assessments that help students, families, and schools better understand learning strengths and needs. As the practice grew, its small, busy office space lacked the privacy needed for client work. With no option to build additional rooms or move to a larger office in the near future, Corrie needed a flexible and affordable way to create quiet, defined space.

The Space Challenge

The practice required more defined spaces to protect confidentiality and allow staff to complete work without distraction. However, the constraints of their office meant traditional construction wasn’t possible.

Corrie identified three key requirements:

  • Confidentiality: Quiet and private areas for client-focused work.
  • Flexibility: A solution that could transition with them into a larger space in the future.
  • Practical Fit: Something that worked within a small, irregular office layout.

Bringing the Booth In

To solve the challenge, Brownlee Consulting added a Tuesday booth, a one-person soundproof booth that fit their space and needs.

The process of getting it in place stood out for a few reasons:

  • Clear Guidance: Sales rep Jay provided a virtual tour of the options and answered questions with a helpful, straightforward approach.
  • Smooth Delivery: Despite a few hiccups on the road, the delivery team made sure the booth arrived on time and was set up properly.
  • Warm Reception: Since installation, staff and visitors alike have commented on the comfort and usefulness of the booth.

A More Functional Office

Since adding the Tuesday booth, the practice has seen several improvements:

  • Enhanced Privacy: Staff now have a comfortable, soundproof space for focused work and confidential client interactions.
  • Better Workflow: The booth has added definition to the office, making the space more functional overall.
  • Future Readiness: The practice is confident the booth will easily transition with them when they eventually move to a larger office.

Corrie Brownlee, Psychological Associate, reflects on the experience:

“Absolutely! Sales, delivery, and construction were wonderful. We have only positive things to say about the product after having it for approximately three months so far. We are now considering a larger product to conduct in-person meetings, having had such a great experience with the Tuesday booth.”

Looking Ahead

With their Tuesday booth, Brownlee Consulting has created the quiet, private environment needed to support psychoeducational assessment work in a small office setting. The booth not only improves the current space but also offers long-term flexibility as the practice grows.
