Shipping & Delivery Information
Bureau booths are delivered flat boxed in a pallet box. Deliveries will typically unload the pallets onto the property of the customer where the lid of the box is then removed and the contents are carried to the place of installation.

Upon delivery, it’s the customer’s responsibility to inspect the booth for any visible damage. If your booth is installed by a professional Inbox installer, they will walk through this inspection with you.
If your booth was damaged upon delivery or you believe you are missing pieces, please contact [email protected] within 1 week of receiving your delivery.
Please take pictures of any damaged cartons when they arrive before opening them.
