What our quotes assume, how booths are packed, and what to check the moment the pallet arrives.
Shipping quotes
Shipping and assembly quotes assume a loading dock and/or elevator will be available to the delivery and installation team. If installers need to access the premises after hours, climb stairs, or travel excessive distances for the install, additional fees may apply.
Packaging
Bureau booths are delivered flat-boxed in a pallet box. Deliveries typically unload the pallets onto your property, where the lid is removed and the contents are carried to the place of installation.

Damages
On delivery it is your responsibility to inspect the booth for visible damage. If a professional Bureau installer sets up your booth, they will walk through this inspection with you.
Damaged or missing pieces? Photograph any damaged cartons before opening them and contact support@withbureau.com within one week of delivery.
