Yes. Discounts are determined based on order quantity and assembly needs. Please contact us to learn more.
Yes, as long as your booth has not already shipped from our facility. Cancelling orders during transit will result in a shipping and restocking fee.
We are only able to accept returns on booths with manufacturing defects. That said, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If an issue arises, contact us and we will work with you to find a solution.
Lead times, delivery, and white-glove assembly.
When your booth arrives, and how it gets built.
We stock our most popular booths in North America, so you will generally receive your booth in as little as two weeks of ordering. If a particular booth is out of stock, our team will reach out with an estimated delivery date before finalizing your order. Shipping and installation dates vary by order size and booth availability. View our full shipping and deliver details.
We have a team of professional installers provides on-site white-glove assembly for every soundproof booth purchase, and all mandatory installation fees are outlined before checkout.
Please note, choosing to install a Signature series booth voids the limited warranty on the product.
Upon purchase, our sales and logistics teams work with you to schedule an installation date. Each booth is installed in a few hours (exact timing varies by booth size and model) by our professional installers, with no mess or disruption.

Acoustics, air, power, and certifications.
How the booths perform, and what they meet.
Bureau booths are independently acoustic-tested for real, verifiable performance. The Tuesday series achieves a 28 dB NIC rating (Noise Isolation Class, tested to ASTM E596), and the Signature series reaches 30 dB, tested to ISO 23351-1, the international standard for speech privacy in pods. In practice, a normal speaking voice drops to a quiet murmur outside the booth.
That means you can take calls, run video meetings, and focus without disturbing the room around you, or being disturbed by it.
Yes. Our booths come with industry-leading ventilation that automatically replaces 100% of the air every three minutes, keeping the temperature inside consistent with the temperature outside.
Yes, every booth comes furnished at no extra cost.
Yes. The modular design of our booths lets you move them within your current space, usually with just two to three people or our moving kit (our largest models may need additional support).
Please note, booth relocation from the original installation address will void the warranty.
Because it costs less, happens faster, and never locks you in. A Bureau booth can be up to 33% cheaper than a comparable traditional fitout, and it’s ready in about half the time, without the mess, permits, or disruption of a construction project.
Traditional built-in rooms are fixed the moment they’re finished. Bureau booths aren’t. If your team grows, your floor plan changes, or you move offices entirely, your booths come with you and adapt to whatever you need next.
You get private, soundproof space on your schedule, on your budget, and on your terms.
Every Bureau booth is independently tested and certified for safety, acoustic performance, and low environmental impact. What applies to your booth depends on the range and your region, but here’s the short version.
Fire safety. The interior materials are independently fire tested and certified to the recognised standard in your market, including AS 5637.1 in Australia and New Zealand, ASTM E84 in the US and Canada, and EN 13501-1 in the UK and Europe.
Electrical safety. All integrated electrics are certified for your market (UL 962, RCM, UKCA, or CE) and arrive plug-and-play, ready for final connection by a licensed electrician.
Acoustic performance. The Tuesday series is rated at 28 dB (ASTM E596) and the Signature series at 30 dB (ISO 23351-1), so conversations stay private and the room around you stays quiet.
Materials and sustainability. Signature booths are certified to GREENGUARD Gold for low chemical emissions, with additional material and sustainability credentials across the ranges. These support green building goals under WELL, LEED, BREEAM, and Green Star.
Need the full certificates or test reports for a project? Just ask, and we’ll share everything relevant to your booth and region.
Bureau provides engineer-designed seismic bracing for our booth series and installs the required brackets or braces as part of the booth assembly. For Signature booths, the steel bracing is concealed within the booth frame, while Tuesday booths use steel brackets mounted to the base.
Bureau supplies the engineer-stamped seismic drawings and installs the bracing hardware within the booth. Final anchoring of the booth to the building structure must be completed by the customer’s General Contractor (GC) using anchor bolts specified by the customer’s Professional Engineer (PE). The GC is also responsible for floor scanning, drilling into the concrete slab, and securing the booth to the building, with the PE providing final sign-off on the completed installation.
Yes, standard seismic documentation covers our standard booth ranges. If you are considering an accessible or floorless configuration and your site has seismic requirements, contact us and we will review it with our product and compliance teams.
