We Help Businesses Build Better Spaces for Better Work.
We started Bureau because we care about people doing their best work, and most offices weren’t built to help with that.
Most offices are still designed around the building, not the people inside it. Fixed walls, five-year leases, layouts that made sense once and never got revisited.
Bureau doesn’t build furniture. We build workspace that moves with a business — reconfigured in hours, not renovation cycles, shaped around how people actually behave at work.
We’re not trying to be the biggest name in the room. Just the one that shows up when it matters.
Data-Led. Flexible. Made for People.
Modern workspaces are decidedly unmodern. We build the opposite.
Hours, Not Months
No six-month fit-out. Space that's ready when the business needs it.
Reconfigurable, Always
Booths move and adapt with a growing team instead of locking it in.
Data-Led, Not Guesswork
Every decision grounded in how spaces are actually used.
Genuinely International
Five regions, building to one shared standard, not a head-office view.
Same Question, an Ocean Apart.
Before there was Bureau, two small teams were separately asking how people are supposed to focus in offices built for constant interruption.

Bureau Booths — Adelaide, Australia
Tyson Gundersen and Adam Morgan met running KPMG's private equity strategy team in London, and left three years later — “sick of advising businesses on what to do.” The idea started small: stuck in traffic between a daycare drop-off and a meeting, wishing for a quiet space to take the call. That became Bureau Booths, then a sister concept, TaskPod, rolling pods into Adelaide and Perth airports and Sydney's World Square.
Inbox Booths — Vancouver, Canada
Reuben Zuidhof and Scot Sustad had already built two companies together before this one. It traced back to 2017: Reuben's 20-person agency had two drywall phone booths and one meeting room, always occupied. “My introverts were not happy with me.” A borrowed demo pod got used 15 hours a day during a 30-day trial — buying one outright ran CAD $28,900–$29,900. That price gap became the model: premium product, without the premium price tag.
Bureau Is Born
Turns out both teams used the same manufacturer without knowing it. They finally met in person in July 2023, at that manufacturer's facility in China — and became partners within five days. The two companies merged into one.
