By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to receive text messages from Bureau, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Program Description
Bureau's SMS + Email program allows you to receive text messages or emails related to:
- Sales and Customer Support: Follow-up messages after you request product information, download resources, or express interest in our services
- Order Updates: Transactional notifications about your orders, including shipping confirmations and delivery updates
- Customer Engagement: Post-call follow-ups, resource sharing, and responses to your inquiries
2. Types of Messages You May Receive
Examples of messages you may receive include:

"Your order is on its way! If you have any questions about your product or need assistance, feel free to reach out."

3. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your activity and engagement with Bureau. You may receive up to 12 messages per month if we have not received a response from you. Message frequency may be lower if you actively engage with our messages.
4. Cost and Carrier Charges
Message and data rates may apply.
Standard text messaging rates from your mobile carrier will apply to all messages sent and received. Bureau does not charge for messages, but your carrier's rates will apply. Please check with your mobile service provider for details about your messaging plan.
5. How to Get Help
For assistance with our SMS program, you can:
- Text HELP to the number you received messages from for support information
- Email us at: [email protected]
- Reply to any message with your questions
When you text HELP, you will receive the following response:
"Bureau SMS Support: For help, email [email protected] or reply to this message. Text STOP to unsubscribe. Msg&data rates may apply."
6. How to Opt Out (STOP)
You can opt out of receiving text messages from Bureau at any time.
To unsubscribe:
- Text STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to the number you received messages from
- You will receive a confirmation message that you have been unsubscribed
- After opting out, you will no longer receive SMS messages from Bureau unless you re-opt-in
When you text STOP, you will receive:
"You have successfully unsubscribed from Bureau SMS messages. You will no longer receive texts from us. Reply START to resubscribe."
You can opt out of receiving Emails from Bureau at any time by simply using the unsubscribe link.
7. Privacy Policy

9. Terms and Modifications
Bureau reserves the right to modify or discontinue the SMS program at any time. We may update these terms and will notify active subscribers of material changes. Your continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
10. Consent and Age Requirement
By opting in to receive SMS messages from Bureau, you:
- Certify that you are the account holder or have authorization to provide the mobile number
- Confirm you are at least 18 years of age or have parental consent
- Consent to receive automated marketing and transactional text messages as well as emails
- Understand that consent is not a condition of purchase
